This policy explains how Kamal Parakh, REALTOR® of Parakh Homes with Samson Properties ("we", "us"), handles information you share on this page. We keep it short and plain on purpose.

What we collect

• What you tell us: your first name, mobile number, email address, and your home preferences (area, price range, home type, timing, and optionally bedrooms).
• How you found us: the ad or link you clicked (for example campaign and source tags) and the website you came from.
• Basic usage data: pages viewed and form completions, collected through measurement tools such as the Google tag and, when configured, the Meta Pixel after you allow measurement. This helps us understand which ads and pages work.

How we use it

• To build and send your home shortlist and to follow up with you about it.
• To call, text or email you about your request, if you gave us your number or email and agreed to be contacted.
• To improve this page and measure our advertising.

Calls, texts and email

When you submit the form, you agree that Kamal Parakh may call, text or email you about your shortlist at the details you gave, including with automated technology. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to any text to opt out, or HELP for help. Click "unsubscribe" in any email to stop emails. Agreeing to be contacted is not a condition of buying or selling a home.

Who we share it with

We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with:

• Our brokerage, Samson Properties, where required to serve you as a client.
• Service providers that help us run this page and our follow-up, such as form and email delivery, customer-relationship software, web hosting and analytics providers. They may only use your information to provide their service to us.
• Advertising and analytics platforms, such as Google and Meta, which receive visit and form-completion measurement when you allow measurement. These tools may use cookies and standard browser information, including IP addresses and click identifiers. Our event code does not send your name, phone, email, or home preferences to advertising platforms. Automatic enhanced conversions or advanced matching are not enabled by this page.
• Authorities, when the law requires it.

How long we keep it

We keep your request details for as long as they are useful for helping you with your home search, and for the period required by real estate record-keeping rules if you become a client. You can ask us to delete your information at any time.

Your choices

• Ask to see, correct or delete the information we hold about you.
• Opt out of texts (reply STOP) and emails (click unsubscribe) at any time.
• Use “Privacy choices” on the landing page to allow or decline advertising measurement. Declining does not stop your form from being saved in Lofty. Choices are remembered on this browser for up to 180 days. You can also limit ad tracking in your browser or platform settings.

Security and children

We use reputable providers and reasonable safeguards, but no method of sending data over the internet is perfectly secure. This page is not meant for children under 13 and we do not knowingly collect their information.
